Firstly I love this type of subject matter, so all good there. I went straight into the book not realising it was set in the UK, I don't know why I normally don't enjoy them as much, being that I am from the UK, but I don't.... However, this one was ok.... the accents were not overdone :-)

Beth the mother goes through hell both past and with this appearance of Esme, I mean who wouldn't. but I felt she needed a bit more touching emotion and not 'wittering highly strung woman' written into her character at times.

The regression scene had me intrigued, it was where I was convinced one way more than another. But after a few heated words... which resolved nothing... and i had things to say!! lol. The book ended. Now I love a cliffhanger, so i rushed to see if there was another book...... no. So this was the end. A make your mind up yourself. errm. No.. There are so many questions which makes this book amazing, it will make you think and it makes for a great book club discussion piece, but an ending... for the characters, the storyline. I am left wanting more!

All in all a page turner and I guess it is up to me now to think about my ending....
